lsdiamondI cannot sleep!
Went to bed more or less at 11:00 and have slept and dozed up until about 3:30. Four and a half hours of sleep is no good.
I'm thinking it may be because I haven't eaten in 17 hours or so, so I'm getting a little nosh and cooling the house down before trying to get at least another two hours' worth. I may have to be up awhile and try again around 6 or so just for a power nap before work.
I take comfort in the fact that there is much coffee in the lounge. :P
