lsdiamond1. What did you do in 2003 that you'd never done before?
Slow danced. Went clubbing.
2. Did you keep your New Year's resolutions? Will you make more for next year?
One of them, and yes.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Close physically or emotionally? One of my co-workers had a kid. We're friends, but not especially close.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No, thankfully.
5. What countries did you visit?
In the state of Oklahoma, Tulsa is practically another country because it actually has culture.
6. What would you like to have in 2004 that you lacked in 2003?
More access to family and friends.
7. What date from 2003 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
October 30, 2003.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I made a decision on December 27. I'm not a person to just make decisions; I tend to hem and haw, and poll others on what they would do in a given situation.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Continuing in the vein of not talking with +Kyle when things were bothering me.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
No serious illness, but I did get hit by a car. I don't recommend it.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
Christmas presents for everyone!
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
+Kyle's
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Mark and Sherry's
14. Where did most of your money go?
Bills, bills, and bills...and groceries...and more bills...
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Finally seeing everyone again after a whole year!

(a) Happier or sadder? Happier, overall
(b) Thinner or fatter? Thinner
(c) Richer or poorer? Richer both monetarily and emotionally

Going to the lake and hiking

Sleeping. Alas it's a necessary evil, and I have to have it.
20. How will you be spending Christmas?
The only way worth spending it...with family...
21. What was the funniest insult you received this year?
Shelly named me Crack Baby when I made a mistake on the Thrifty Center ad. She tells me to lay off the crack pipe on a regular basis.

I guess it fell off the edge of the world
23. Did you fall in love in 2003?
Yes.
24. What was your favorite TV program?
Renting Season 2 of '24', but on Network, Stargate SG-1 and CSI/CSI Miami
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
I don't hate anyone. Am pretty miffed with some people at the moment, but don't hate them.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Hmm... Several, but I can't think of anything at the moment besides realizing who Rush was.

The Last Samurai...it's quite possibly my favorite film, period.

I didn't really game much this year. Probably DDR, which I've just discovered.

It's vastly important to be satisfied with that which you have. What you want is not necessarily good for you, and will not necessarily make you happy.
