What's the last thing you ate?
Breakfast: Cinnamon Eggs with cream cheese. (Basically French Toast without the toast or syrup)

What's your favorite cheese?
Whole Milk Mozzarrella... *drool* I could make myself sick on it. LOL

What's your favorite fish?
Hard to say. I like flounder, salmon if it's prepared well, and catfish if it's prepared VERY well.

What's your favorite fruit?
Strawberries! Or maybe peaches...

When, if ever, did you start liking olives?
Never! :P

When, if ever, did you start liking beer?
I really don't like it. I prefer stout or a good dark bock.

When, if ever, did you start liking shellfish?
Never. I can't get past the texture.

What was the best thing your mum/dad/guardian used to make?
PIZZA! Or fajitas. Or stir-fry... Or Sunday roast... :P That question is just evil!

What's the native specialty of your home town?
Have no idea. I'm homeless right now.

What's your comfort food?
Anything my parents make.

What's your favorite type of chocolate?
Chocolate is always my favorite. The richest I've ever had was Godiva, and Dove was also pretty rich. I don't eat it much anymore, except for the occasional low-carb Russell Stover, or sugar-free Jello pudding. ^_^'>

How do you like your steak?
Rare! If it doesn't moo at me, it's overcooked. :P Not really, but it loses so much flavour and tenderness once it gets past "medium".

How do you like your burger?
Bacon cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato, mustard, and no onions, pickles or mayonnaise. Braum's makes the best ones, and Sonic is pretty good, too.

How do you like your eggs?
Doesn't matter, as long as the yolk is cooked. I can't stand runny eggs. The only exception to this is my dad made Eggs Benedict, with a delightful Hollandaise sauce at Christmas. It was really good and lemony, but I had a hard time getting past the, "this is made of runny egg yolk" thing. -_-

How do you like your potatoes?
I don't eat potatoes much anymore. Maybe during the holidays. BUT, when I do, mashed, baked, twice-baked, french fries, or chips. :P

How do you take your coffee?
Lots of cream. I hate the bitterness. I don't like it too sweet, but it usually winds up being too sweet, so... Bleh. I try not to drink much caffiene, anyway.

How do you take your tea?
Pekoe - iced, with lemon, and not-quite-Southern sweet. Green - hot. Herbal - hot.

What's your favorite mug?
Don't have one.

What's your biscuit or cookie of choice?
Mom's chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. *Drool* But I don't eat much of that sort of thing anymore.

What's your ideal breakfast?
Steak omelette with tomatoes, green peppers, cheese, and/or salsa!

What's your ideal sandwich?
I'm really partial to the new L-C wraps at Subway. The turkey one is good, but next time I'm going to have them do the Philly style in a wrap. Lettuce, tomato, green pepper, and vinegar are a must. I don't like the feel of oil in a sandwich.

What's your ideal pizza (topping and base)?
Crust doesn't matter. As long as there's meat involved, the toppings are variable. ^_^ Animals taste gooooood! I also like green pepper.

What's your ideal pie (sweet or savory)?
I'm not really big on pie, overall.

What's your ideal salad?
Taco Salad, Chef's Salad, Caesar Salad, etc. The basics.

What food do you always like to have in the fridge?
Meat. Doesn't matter much what kind.

What food do you always like to have in the freezer?
Meat. Ice cubes. Stir-Fry mix.

What food do you always like to have in the cupboard?
Canned veggies! I prefer fresh, but canned goods are so convenient.

What spices can you not live without?
Cinnamon, garlic, lemon pepper, oregano, steak seasonings...etc. etc.

What sauces can you not live without?
Teriyaki

Where do you buy most of your food?
The Dreaded Mart of Wal. I hate it, but everything is there.

How often do you go food shopping?
Once every two weeks. Sometimes we run out of milk or lettuce or something before that time is up, and we'll run to the local market.

What's the most you've spent on a single food item?
I have no idea.

What's the most expensive piece of kitchen equipment you own (excluding 'white goods')?
Convection oven

What's the last piece of equipment you bought for your kitchen?
Probably the wooden spoons.

What piece of kitchen equipment could you not live without?
The wok, or the convection oven. We use them almost every day.

What's the last thing you cooked from raw ingredients?
Pretty much everything we cook. My breakfast this morning was.

What meats have you eaten besides cow, pig and poultry?
Venison, lamb, fish, crustaceans, rabbit, goat... Probably others.

What's the last time you ate something that had fallen on the floor?
Don't know. As long as it's re-cooked, who cares? Kill those germs!

What's the last time you ate something you'd picked in the wild?
Probably blackberries three summers ago. I hope we get to do that again this year since we'll be moving back in the area.

Braum's - Bacon cheeseburger deluxe, no bun or mayo, with a Carbwatch chocolate milkshake. ^_^ Yum.

Pick a city. What are the three best dining experiences you've had in that city?
Ugh. This is hard! Sherman:
1. Joey Carino's Italian - divine pot roast!
2. China Garden - Chinese buffet - we always have good company when we go there.
3. Applebee's - it's always good.

Huntsville:
1. Formosa Chinese buffet! It's simply the best Chinese EVER.
2. TGI Friday's - We almost always see someone we know when we eat here. This is also the home of my worst experience, as +Kyle gave me a fried mushroom. Gah, that was nasty.
3. We had a delightful meal at a restaurant that no longer exists, and I don't remember the name of it. It was NEw Years' Eve, 1999, and George, Phyllis, and several others from their church were there. I had fajitas or a quesadilla...forget which, but it was sooo good.

What's your choice of tipple at the end of a long day?
I don't generally tipple. ^_^ But a strawberry daquiri or hard lemonade is wonderful, especially in hot weather.

What's the next thing you'll eat?
Lunch
