1. Do you set goals/resolutions each year? Why or why not?
If not, some of these questions will be unanswered for you.
I usually make some kind of resolution. Subsequently, I usually end up breaking it. The why? I'm not perfect, and making a change seems (at least in theory) to be a good way to get a little closer to perfection. Pity I'm so bad at it. ;)
2. List 3 goals/resolutions you reached during 2003
I got down to a weight/size that is both comfortable and attractive
I failed at pretty much the rest of my goals for the year, so there's no second or third thing to list.
3. List 3 things that you learned about yourself during 2003
I learned just how horrible of a person I am capable of being, but that I (through some miracle of grace) have the strength to be better than that.
I am capable of setting a goal and reaching it when I make the effort
For the first time in my life I learned that I am beautiful
4. List 3 things that you liked about 2003 and 3 things that you disliked about 2003.
Liked:
October 30
Making up with +Kyle
Spending time with friends and family
Disliked:
My job
Our non-weatherproof house
Oklahoma in general
5. List 3 goals/resolutions you plan to reach during 2004
I will keep up with strength training in order to tone up now that I am a comfortable weight
I will make a conscious effort to keep up with friends
I will de-clutter my life: emotionally, spiritually, physically, and materially
6. Write a few sentences about awesome you are and how you rocked during 2003. Do it or else!
I am the bomb, no doubt about it. I look better than I have in years, and I feel good as well. I found a look that works for me and that I enjoy. I have (for the most part) behaved at work, and given it my all. I have made a small effort to be more spiritual, although I need work in that area most of all. I have been driving a lot, and getting more comfortable with it. I didn't spend a lot of money on useless things, but when some things didn't work out, I found a way to at least make the money back.
